Our comprehensive benefits program offers many choices to help support you outside the office.
Your benefits package is a valuable part of your total compensation, providing protection for you and your family with expenses
shared by the company or services available to you at discounted rates. Following is a brief summary of the choices available
to all eligible regular, full-time employees or qualified part-time employees.

Medical benefits
Your medical benefits are designed to provide broad, comprehensive protection and cover a wide range of medical services
and supplies. For medical benefits, preferred provider organization (PPO) plans are available.
Dental benefits
Whether or not you elect medical coverage, you may choose dental benefits for yourself and your dependents.
For dental benefits you may select a PPO or dental maintenance organization (DMO) plan.
Cafeteria plan accounts
Cafeteria plan accounts offer an opportunity to use tax-free dollars to pay eligible expenses. Contributions made to your
account are withheld pre-tax. We offer medical expense and dependant care options.
Short-term disability
The short-term disability program is designed to provide some financial protection if you cannot work due to an illness
or injury that is not work-related. Short-term Disability could compensate you for up to 6 months.
Long-term disability
The long-term disability (LTD) plan provides continuing income when an illness or injury prevents you from working for an
extended period of time. LTD benefits offer financial protection after salary continuance and short-term disability benefits
provided by the company are exhausted.
Life insurance benefits
Life insurance offers an important source of financial protection. We provide basic life and AD&D coverage as well as business
travel accident insurance at no cost to you. You decide if you want additional life and AD&D coverage for yourself, your
spouse, and your dependents.
Retirement plan
As a new employee, you are eligible to participate in our retirement plan with Fidelity from day one. Your pre-tax contributions
are made through payroll deduction each pay period.
401(k) match - The 401(k) match is available to those employees who complete one year of service (1000 hours) in
a calendar year and are still active employees on December 31 of the current year. The company will match your contributions
with $.50 on the dollar up to 6 percent of pay contributed, and this match vests over 5 years.
The match is discretionary and depends on the performance of the organizations and within corporate guidelines.
Paid time off
Quatrro FPO Solutions encourages employees to have balance in their lives. The paid time off (PTO) program is designed to
provide flexibility for you to take paid time off from work for a variety of reasons including vacation, family/child care
matters, personal business, etc.
The number of PTO days you receive will be based upon level and tenure with the company. Establishing the number of PTO
days by level and tenure (between 12 and 28 days/year) recognizes differences in responsibilities and rewards employees for
advancement with the company.
Holidays
FPO provides 9 paid holidays to all regular full time and qualified part time employees.
Flexible work options
Quatrro FPO Solutions recognizes that employees in our diverse workforce may, at times, have needs that require creative
approaches to integrating their work and personal life demands. FPO encourages you to consider nontraditional work arrangements
that will enable you to manage these demands while maintaining or enhancing our company's ability to meet and/or exceed client
expectations. Some of our flexible work options are compressed workweek, flextime, part-time and the ability to work from
your home office.
