Our History
Our beginning transpired in April 1999, when a separate wholly owned subsidiary of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP (M&P)
was formed to perform all finance and accounting outsourcing services on a national basis on behalf of the firm. We operated
on our own accord and had a separate set of financial records structure from M&P.
On May 1, 2004, we moved to become a subsidiary of RSM McGladrey, Inc. and became RSM McGladrey Financial Process Outsourcing
(FPO). Our intent in creating FPO was to establish a highly focused business with financial and operational flexibility
appropriate to the outsourcing industry. We saw this structure as crucial behind our business vision of delivering tailored
accounting solutions to small and mid-market companies across all industries while continuing to deliver consistently high
levels of client service.
On April 4, 2008, FPO became part of Quatrro BPO
Solutions. Quatrro BPO Solutions is a BPO provider founded in mid-2005 by a management team comprised of BPO Industry
pioneers and domain experts and led by an acknowledged BPO industry pioneer, Raman Roy. Our management
team has a proven track record in providing proven accounting solutions with an intense commitment to clients and
a focus on service that is unrivaled among other companies. We combine our experience, skills, and technology to provide
tailored accounting solutions to today’s most complex business issues.
