Glen Ofenloch, Chief Operating Officer

Glen is Quatrro FPO Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer, responsible for executing the business strategy and directing the overall growth and performance of the business while ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Prior to becoming COO in May, 2010, Glen held the position of Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all of the finance and accounting functions of the organization. He has worked in the BPO environment for over fifteen years in various capacities serving in both client-facing and internal roles and has vast experience in accounting, auditing, process systems and controls.

Prior to joining FPO, Glen spent six years accounting for public and private real estate partnerships for a subsidiary of American Express and two years as an auditor working for a Chicago based public accounting firm.

Glen is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Ford, Director of Human Resources

David leads the global Human Resources Department for Quatrro FPO Solutions and is responsible for the strategy and integration of all HR related activities in both the US and India offices. David is actively involved in positioning the human resources department as a strategic and creative business partner for the entire organization to enhance the overall performance of the company.

Prior to joining FPO, David was the Sales and Human Resources Manager at national recruitment firms, namely, Dunhill Systems and Aerotek. He oversaw all office activities including recruitment, hiring and development of staff, human resource strategies and processes, employee relations, budgeting activities and the execution strategies of sales.

A graduate of Carthage College in Kenosha, WI, David earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing and an Economics minor.

Mal Byrne, Director of Auto Parts Industry

Mal heads an experienced team of accounting managers in the Quatrro FPO Solutions Auto Parts Division, where he is currently Director. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial reporting, compliance, and analysis provided to auto parts retailers nationwide as well as managing the relationships with distributors. Mal has also served as FPO Director of Finance where he was responsible for the accounting function of the company.

Mal has 20 years’ experience in accounting and customer satisfaction. Before coming to FPO he worked at Pitney Bowes where he served as Chicago Area Operations Director. Mal brings a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting to the company. He has expertise in financial management and reporting, introducing innovative services, and implementing processes for superior performance.

Mal attended Loyola University in Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Helen Rhodes, Director of Grocery / Restaurant

Helen is the Grocery / Restaurant Industry Director for Quatrro FPO Solutions and has overall responsibility of providing quality accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and business process improvements to restaurants and retailers nationwide.

With 20+ years experience within the wholesale and retail industry, she has exhibited strategic leadership with a focus on customer service. Helen has transitioned clients to FPO platform and provided industry specific consulting for operational improvements with new and current clients.

Prior to joining FPO, Helen was the Retail Accounting Manager for Fleming Foods. She was responsible for the day to day accounting operations, transitioning, consolidation and retention of three other divisions' services to Massillon, new clients setup and sales. Helen was instrumental in relocating retail accounting offices and successfully transitioning all clients and work.

Barry Shook, Director of Customer Service

Barry leads our Quatrro FPO Solutions Customer Service program and is responsible for planning and executing our customer service strategy. As the Director of Customer Service, Barry has incorporated a Six Sigma quality methodology to capture the Voice of Customers (VOC). Barry's motto is "customer's first, people always".

Prior to joining FPO, Barry worked as an Operation Director and a Six Sigma Account Level Black Belt for Xerox Corp., Williams Lea and Bowne Business Solutions. He has 10 years of outsourcing and reengineering experience.

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, Barry earned his Bachelor of Science Degree with concentrations in Quality.

Radhakrishnan Tarakad, Director of Re-engineering, Quality & Compliance

Radhakrishnan leads the Re-engineering, Quality & Compliance division for Quatrro FPO Solutions and is responsible for process re-engineering, quality culture building, quality infrastructure deployment & institution of compliance procedures with a view to increase operational efficiency & reduce costs. He has worked in the BPO environment for more than 10 years in various capacities serving in client-facing roles.

Prior to joining FPO, he has two decades of transaction processing, accounting & client relationship experience in transition & operations related areas.

Radhakrishnan is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Larisa Morrison, Director of Not-for-Profit Industry

Larisa leads the Quatrro FPO Solutions nonprofit industry group and also heads the business development in that area. She oversees a portfolio of multi-unit and financially complicated not-for-profit clients and leads the NFP quality practices, including implementation of site reviews and our compliance tool. With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, she collaborates with on-site FPO managers to organize work processes and personnel resources to ensure that client service deliverables are met or exceeded. She is experienced in new client transitions, including implementing best-practices from other effective sites.

In addition, Larisa has served as Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance and/or Controller for clients. She has provided strategic input to planning and has been responsible for the oversight of the accounting operations, and financial reporting to the management team, executives, Finance Committee and Board of Directors. She is experienced in annual budgeting processing, and working with the management team to monitor their budget through quarterly variance meetings.

Prior to her role with Quatrro FPO Solutions, Larisa worked for Citizen Action/Illinois and the Public Action Foundation as the Director of Finance and Administration. Larisa was part of the management team and was responsible for all of the accounting, financial reporting, information technology and human resource functions of the organization. Larisa also spent nearly three years as Director of Operations for Chicago Cares, Inc., and the Metropolitan Planning Council. Prior to that, she spent five years at Smith Bucklin & Associates as Account Manager.

Larisa finished her education at Valparaiso University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism, and is working towards her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
